Cancellation Policy

Your Appointment is Reserved Just for You

We are here to dedicate our time and resources so you can get the best dental care. So when you book an appointment with us, we set aside that time slot for you only.

Booking Deposits

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for any treatments that last 1 hour or longer. This deposit helps us cover the costs of materials and our staff. If you are booking an appointment for a complex treatment that might require a longer time, you might have to pay a larger deposit of partial payment while booking. This deposit will be applied to your final treatment. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or don't show up, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will be charged as a Cancellation Fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else. We will always consider emergencies, and fees may be waived at management's discretion. But we are a busy clinic with a lot of patients waiting for an appointment. So if you cancel late, don't show up, or arrive late, you will be charged a $50 fee for every 30 minutes of your scheduled time. If this happens more than twice, you will need to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit or pre-pay for future appointments.

Late Arrival

Time is invaluable for both you and us. So we strongly request you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your treatment. On the top, we might charge a cancellation fee in such a case.
