Our easy smoothie recipe is a great way to start the day and will keep you going until lunch.
½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
2tbsp nut butter
½ cup frozen mango cubes
1 frozen banana
1tbsp chia seeds
50g of your favourite muesli for toppings
Coconut flakes for garnish
- Blend yoghurt, mango, banana, turmeric, nut butter and chia, and if needed add a splash more milk to blend thoroughly. This smoothie is meant to be thick, so it can support your toppings.
- Place in a bowl and top with muesli and coconut flakes.
