Tasty Carrot Fries
If you are looking for some relief from all that chocolate, try this easy recipe for carrot fries. It’s also a great way to get kids to eat more veggies and is definitely Easter Bunny approved.
Ingredients
2 carrots
1tsp paprika
Tbsp chopped parsley
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
2tbsp olive oil
Greek Yoghurt and Chive Dip
285g plain Greek yoghurt
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the carrots into fries and in a large bowl mix together with the parsley, paprika, olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Place the carrots on the baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, make the dip by mixing all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
