Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette:


  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (8.5 oz) jar of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Kosher salt


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, grated garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
